Imagine yourself aboard a 12-meter-long Benneteau sailing boat, sailing the blue waters of the east coast of Mallorca, tasting the typical Mediterranean delicacies prepared by the chef/captain, always accompanied by a very cold champagne or a fresh wine harmonized with the tasting menu.
El Chef he has been working with haute cuisine for more than 30 years, having studied at famous institutes around the world. How he has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. And for more than 15 years he was in charge of his gastronomy institute in São Paulo, Brazil. As a captain, he has been on board ships since he was seven years old, where he already accompanied his father on fishing and sailing trips. He spent five seasons combining his two great passions, good food and sailing, in Cala D'Or. Where you feel fulfilled.
